CAVITATION LIPO

Ultrasonic cavitation, also called ultrasonic lipolysis, is a body contouring treatment that is used to remove fat deposits under your skin. This procedure is a safer alternative to surgical options, like liposuction. The treatment uses ultrasonic radio waves to break apart fat cells, which are then absorbed into your body by your lymphatic system. Ultrasonic cavitation is different than other similar treatments, like ultrasound liposuction, because it doesn’t require any incisions. This means recovery is easier.

LASER LIPOLYSIS

The laser technique directly penetrates through deep layers of adipose tissue in the treatment area. This procedure is recommended for people that have loose broken up fluffy fat instead of dense hard fat in the treatment area. During the week after your laser procedure you will secrete the destroyed fatty tissue through your sweat, stool and urine.

WHAT ARE THE AFTERCARE INTRUCTIONS FOR MY SERVICE

Facial Aftercare Instructions
Avoid wearing make-up for at least 6 hours after a facial treatment
Always cleanse, tone and moisturise your face; to prevent loss of moisture, protect the skin from make-up and to keep the skin soft and supple
Remove all traces of makeup at the end of the day
Drink plenty of water (minimum 6-8 glasses per day)
Do not undertake any other facial skincare treatments within 48 hours of facial
Avoid sun-bathing for up to 12 hours
Avoid direct heat (intense sunlight & sunbeds) and indirect heat (sauna, hot bath, shower) for 48 hours after treatment
Do not apply perfume or perfumed products to the treated area within 48 hours
Do not apply any other exfoliating skincare products for 72 hours after facial.

WAXING AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS

No hot baths or showers 
(cool to lukewarm water only).
No saunas, hot tubs, massage or steam treatments.
No tanning (sunbathing, sun beds or fake tans).
No sport, gym work or other exercise.
Avoid scratching or touching the treated area with unwashed hands.
Wear clean, loose fitting clothes.
Avoid swimming in chlorinated pools.
Do not apply deodorants, body sprays, powders, lotions oro other products to the area, other than those recommended by your technician.
To soothe and protect the skin, apply an antiseptic cream to the waxed area regularly for 3 days following your treatment. Always wash your hands before applying any product. To prevent ingrown hairs: starting a few days after your appointment and then continuing a couple of times every week, exfoliate the areas you get waxed using a dry brush or exfoliating mitt. Take the brush and just before you step into the bath or shower gently brush the area you get waxed whilst your skin and the brush is dry.
After you’ve bathed/showered, apply some vitamin e oil or lotion to the waxed area.

EYELASH LIFT AFTERCARE

If any redness or irritation occurs apply a damp cotton wool compress. If symptoms persist
for more than 24 hours seek medical advice.
Avoid eye make up for 12 hours. 
Avoid touching/rubbing your eyes straight after the tint application.
No swimming/saunas/sunbeds for 24 hours.
Avoid rubbing the eyes
Although I do make sure every trace of dye is removed, it is possible that residues may
remain
Do not apply make-up or receive any other eye treatments for at least 24 hours after your
treatment.
Try to use oil free facial products around the eye area to prolong the color.

NON SURGICAL BODY SCULPTING AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS

Use ice packs to reduce any swelling, stiffness and bruising from the Body Sculpting Procedures.
Engage in a half-hour of light exercise, such as walking, within 6 hours post-treatment to stimulate lymphatic drainage.
Continue to drink half your body weight in ounces of water.
Avoid alcohol and reduce sugar intake for 72 hours post-treatment.
Do not use a sauna or spa.
Do not engage in strenuous exercise for 24 hours post-treatment. Your body needs to recover so that your liver can remove extruded fatty acids and toxins from your system.

TEETH WHITENING AFTER CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Please follow these after-care instructions to help make your teeth whitening results last as long as possible.
The White Diet
Follow the White Diet for 24–48 hours after a teeth whitening treatment. Remember that after a teeth whitening treatment, the pores of your enamel are open and this makes them extra vulnerable to any stains. Once the pores close, which usually happens 24–48 hours after the procedure, you can resume your normal habits.
Non-Staining Beverages:

  •  Water

  •  Sparkling Water

  •  White Wine

Beverages to Avoid:

  •  Lemonade, Orange Juice, Any Acidic Fruit or Vegetable Juice

  •  Tea and Coffee

  •  Colas and Other Fizzy Drinks

  •  Energy Drinks

Non-Staining Alcoholic Drinks:

  •  Vodka

  •  Gin

  •  Milk

Alcoholic Drinks to Avoid:

  •  Red Wine

  •  Stout or Dark Beer

Food You Can Have:

  •  Chicken

  •  Turkey

  •  White Fish

  •  White Rice

  •  White Pasta

  •  White Sauce

  •  Cauliflower

  •  Cottage Cheese

  •  Potato (No Skin)

  •  Banana

Foods to Avoid:
Try to avoid foods with color. The more colorful, the more likely it can stain your teeth.

  •  Carrots and Orange Fruits and Vegetables

  •  Broccoli, Spinach and Green Vegetables

  •  Chocolate

  •  Wheat Bread

  •  Tomatoes and Red Sauces such as Spaghetti Sauce

  •  Beets

  •  Butter and Margarine

Further Advice:
Avoid extremely hot or cold liquids. These are dangerous to your white smile because they change the temperature of your teeth. This temperature change (hot and cold cycling) causes teeth to expand and contract, allowing stains to penetrate your teeth. Try cutting down on these types of drinks (including coffee and tea) or try drinking them with a straw to reduce the amount of time they are in contact with your teeth.
         For long lasting results, be sure to follow The White Diet during and after every teeth whitening.

Avoid foods and drinks that are acidic. Acidic foods and beverages open up the pores of the tooth enamel allowing stains to more easily penetrate your teeth. Use a straw to help minimize the contact of these substances with your teeth.
Cut back on drinking and smoking. Frequent consumption of alcoholic drinks and heavy smoking can reverse the effects of teeth whitening. Many alcoholic drinks such as wine have tannins that can stain the teeth. The same goes for the nicotine in tobacco. If you cannot quit drinking and smoking entirely, at least try to do it in moderation or lessen the frequency.

Use smudge-proof lipstick. Use smudge-proof lipstick to keep lipstick from getting on your teeth because regular lipstick can stain teeth.
